This year’s CRACK IT Challenges competition consists of three Challenges identified jointly by the NC3Rs and Sponsors:
- Challenge 32 – Transgene Track: Development of a sensitive, absolute quantification method for tracking AAV gene therapies and CAR-T cells in vivo.
- Challenge 33 – CleanCut: Animal-free tumourigenicity assessment of genome edited human haematopoietic stem cells.
- Challenge 34 – Sharp and to the Point: Developing needles for high throughput and critical compound administration in mice.
This year the competition is funded by the NC3Rs with in-kind contributions from the Sponsors.
The NC3Rs is hosting a meeting to launch the competition in central London on Wednesday 11 September, providing invaluable access to potential new partners and to the Challenge Sponsors. Attendance is free but registration is essential. Register for the launch event via the NC3Rs Innovation Platform before Wednesday 4 September.
